Victor M. Arias has dedicated over 36 years to practicing law in Southwest Florida, specializing in personal injury, workers' compensation, and school law. His career has been defined by fighting for the rights of working families and ensuring access to justice for those who need it most.
A graduate of Hamilton College (B.A.) and SUNY Buffalo School of Law (J.D.), Victor brings decades of legal expertise and real-world problem-solving to his candidacy for Congress.
Victor and his wife Angelette have been married for 32 years and are proud parents of two children, Ariana and Victor. Their deep roots in Southwest Florida drive his commitment to building a stronger, more equitable community.
